- Ocean Data View http://odv.awi.de/en/home/. Ocean Data View (ODV) is software for the interactive exploration, analysis and visualization of oceanographic data. ODV runs on Windows, Mac , Linux and UNIX . ODV can display original data points or gridded fields based on the original data.
- Marine Data Literacy http://marinedataliteracy.org/index.html. This is a superb site that explains a lot of the basics of GIS and spatial data but also how to use SAGA.
- Earth Explorer http://edcsns17.cr.usgs.gov/NewEarthExplorer/ has had an update according to Robin Wilson. Let’s hope it really is less finicky.
